Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by Aura AI Systems (“Aura AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through https://aura-ai.ai.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.


1. General Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, AI automation, software configuration, and advertising services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Setup fees

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Advertising services

  • Automation builds or workflows

  • Creative assets or ad copy

  • AI chatbot configurations

  • Consulting, strategy, or implementation work

Once work has begun, resources are allocated and cannot be recovered.


2. No Performance-Based Refunds

Aura AI Systems does not offer refunds based on:

  • Lack of leads or bookings

  • Advertising performance or ROI

  • Platform disapprovals or ad account issues

  • Business results, revenue, or conversions

  • Client usage, follow-through, or response time

Results depend on many variables outside our control.


3. Advertising Spend Is Non-Refundable

  • Ad spend paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, ChatGPT, etc.) is non-refundable

  • Aura AI does not control or issue refunds for ad platform charges

  • Clients are responsible for all advertising spend unless otherwise agreed in writing


4. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled

  • Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle

  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for unused time

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period


5. Limited Refund Exceptions (At Our Discretion)

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A duplicate charge occurred

  • A billing error was confirmed

  • Services were not delivered due to a system error on our end

Any approved refund is issued solely at Aura AI’s discretion.


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in:

  • Immediate service termination

  • Loss of access to systems and data

  • Permanent account suspension

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.


7. Policy Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using Aura AI Systems’ services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
