Privacy Policy

Aura AI, LLC ("Aura AI," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you interact with our website, request the Intelligent Growth Audit, or engage Aura AI services, how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using our website or submitting our forms, you agree to the practices described here.

If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not submit information through our forms or use our services.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you request the Intelligent Growth Audit or otherwise contact us, we collect information you submit, including:

  • Identity and contact details: your name, business name, email address, and phone number.
  • Business profile: website URL, Instagram handle, Facebook page, Google Business name.
  • Operational context: the pain point you select, any notes or descriptions you provide about your practice.
  • Communications: messages, replies, and other content you send us by SMS, email, or through any tool we use to communicate with you.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may collect:

  • Standard server logs (IP address, browser, device type, referring page, pages visited, time stamps).
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics, where applicable.

Information collected on your behalf during the Audit

When you request an Intelligent Growth Audit, you direct us to retrieve publicly available information about your business — including content from the website URL you provide, public social-media profiles you provide, and publicly listed business data from Google. We do not collect private or login-gated information.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate the Intelligent Growth Audit: analyze the public website, social, and Google Business data you direct us to look at, and produce your AI Opportunity Report.
  • Maintain a CRM record: store your name, email, phone, business name, website URL, and pain point in our customer relationship management platform (GoHighLevel) so we can serve you.
  • Send SMS follow-up: if you opted in, deliver assessment results, appointment reminders, and service follow-up via SMS (see §3 SMS Communications).
  • Send email follow-up: deliver the audit report by email and a related nurture sequence about Aura AI services and operational-intelligence content.
  • Book strategy calls: let you self-schedule a strategy call through our calendar widget and confirm/remind you of the appointment.
  • Provide and improve our services: if you become a client, deliver the engagement, manage billing, and improve our operational infrastructure.
  • Comply with legal obligations: respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, and protect against fraud and abuse.

3. SMS Communications — Consent and Opt-Out

How you opt in. The only way to receive SMS messages from Aura AI is to (1) submit your phone number through the Intelligent Growth Audit form at aura-ai.ai/assessment or another web form on this site, and (2) affirmatively check the SMS consent checkbox on that form. We do not import phone numbers from third-party lists or add numbers without an explicit web-form opt-in. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

What you'll receive. SMS messages from Aura AI relating to your Intelligent Growth Audit (delivery and follow-up), your engagement with Aura AI services, and related operational-intelligence content. Message frequency varies; subscribers typically receive between 1 and 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

No third-party sharing of SMS data. Aura AI does not sell, rent, lease, or share SMS opt-in consent, your phone number, or any SMS-related personal information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. SMS opt-in information is processed only by service providers we use to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, the carrier underlying our messaging platform). This restriction applies to the SMS consent and phone-number data specifically — not just to "personal information" generally.

Opt-out. You can stop SMS messages from Aura AI at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. For help, reply HELP. You may also email hello@aura-ai.ai to request removal from SMS lists.

If you opt out of SMS, you may still receive non-marketing transactional messages necessary to deliver a service you have requested (for example, a confirmation that your assessment is complete), where permitted by applicable law.

4. No Sale or Sharing of SMS Opt-In or Phone Data

Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party for their own marketing purposes under any circumstances.

Aura AI, LLC will never share, sell, rent, or disclose your SMS opt-in information or phone number to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is processed only by the service providers we use to deliver the messages you have requested (for example, the licensed carrier underlying our messaging platform), and is never made available to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. We use vendors to operate our infrastructure, including GoHighLevel (CRM, email, and SMS delivery), Twilio (telecom infrastructure underlying GHL messaging), Anthropic (Claude AI used for assessment analysis), Google (Places API, used to retrieve public business data you direct us to look up), and Railway (hosting). These vendors process information only on our instructions and under contractual obligations consistent with this Policy.
  • Legal and safety. We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required to comply with law, respond to lawful process, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, safety, or property of Aura AI, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers. If Aura AI is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer to the successor entity. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or engagement with Aura AI is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Audit submissions are retained to provide continuity if you return for an updated audit. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 8 — User Rights).

7. Data Security Practices

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we collect, including:

  • Hosting: our website and application servers are hosted on Railway (a SOC 2-aligned managed cloud platform). Customer data at rest is stored on Railway-managed infrastructure.
  • Encrypted transmission: all communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS / TLS. Form submissions, API calls, and audit data move over encrypted connections only.
  • Access controls: production credentials, CRM access, and integration tokens are limited to a small set of named Aura AI personnel. Vendor-side access (GoHighLevel, Anthropic, Google) is governed by each vendor's role-based access controls. We do not store passwords in plaintext.
  • Vendor selection: we use only reputable infrastructure providers (Railway, GoHighLevel, Twilio, Anthropic, Google) with their own security and privacy programs.

No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information (such as medical records, payment card numbers, or government identifiers) through our intake forms — those should be handled through secure, dedicated channels arranged with us directly.

8. Your Rights and Choices (Access, Deletion, Opt-Out)

Right of access, correction, and deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email hello@aura-ai.ai from the address associated with your record. We will respond within a reasonable time frame and as required by applicable law.

Right to unsubscribe (opt out of communications)

  • SMS: reply STOP to any Aura AI SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. Reply HELP for help.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us directly.
  • All communications: email hello@aura-ai.ai requesting full removal from our outreach.

State-specific rights

If you are a resident of a U.S. state that grants additional privacy rights (such as California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or others), you may have rights to know what we collect, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@aura-ai.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. Specifically, we may use:

  • Session cookies — temporary cookies that expire when you close your browser, used to maintain your session and enable form interactions.
  • Analytics cookies — first-party analytics (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to understand page views, traffic sources, and device class.

We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party ad networks on this website. We do not sell or share browsing data with advertising platforms. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.

10. Children

Our services are directed to business operators and are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means, which may include email to active clients. Continued use of our website or services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
