  • Review and reputation automation

  • Advertising creative and campaign management

  • Facebook, Instagram, Google, and ChatGPT ads (when available)

  • Analytics, reporting, and optimization services

Services may change, evolve, or be updated at any time without notice.

2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • We do not guarantee specific results, revenue, leads, bookings, or ROI

  • Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control

  • AI and automation tools assist workflows but do not replace human judgment

Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and lawful information

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws (including advertising, privacy, and consent laws)

  • Obtain proper consent from your contacts before messaging them

  • Use our services ethically and legally

  • Maintain access credentials securely

You are solely responsible for the content you approve, deploy, or distribute using our systems.

4. AI, Automation & Messaging Consent

By using our services, you understand and agree that:

  • AI chatbots may communicate with leads and customers

  • Automated emails and SMS messages may be sent on your behalf

  • Message frequency varies.

  • Conversations may be recorded, stored, and analyzed

  • AI responses are generated dynamically and may not be perfect

  • You may receive appointment reminders, wellness updates, and occasional promotional messages.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

You assume full responsibility for how automation is used in your business.

5. Advertising Services Disclaimer

For advertising services:

  • Aura AI does not control platform approvals (Meta, Google, etc.)

  • Accounts may be restricted or suspended by ad platforms at their discretion

  • You are responsible for ad spend unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • We do not guarantee ad approvals or performance

All ads must comply with platform policies and applicable laws.

6. Payments, Fees & Billing

  • Fees are outlined in your service agreement or checkout

  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe

  • Subscription services auto-renew unless canceled

  • All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel services according to your agreement terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Use services unlawfully or abusively

  • Fail to make payments

  • Engage in deceptive or harmful conduct

Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

All software configurations, workflows, copy, automations, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Aura AI remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute our systems without permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We integrate with third-party platforms including:

  • GoHighLevel

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Google

  • Stripe

  • Twilio

  • OpenAI

  • Calendly

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third-party providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Aura AI Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the prior 30 days.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aura AI Systems from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of our services

  • Your advertising content

  • Your data practices

  • Violations of laws or platform policies

12. Privacy & Data Use

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
